All of our products are shipped from within the United States and the EU.

1. Printful Inc., 11025 Westlake Dr. Charlotte, North Carolina 28273 handles most of our ship from area except the EU.

2. We use carriers, such as DHL and FedEx Ground Shipping.

3. All items have a $5.00 shipping fee per item until 5 items are reached.  Then each item from 6 thru 10 are free shipping, saving you a possible total of $25 on your order.  For 11 items and up, you will have an additional $2.99 shipping fee per item.

4. Some of our products have FREE SHIPPING assigned to them to allow our customers to save more.  At checkout, you will see a $5.00 delivery for Shipping Fee.  But with the items marked as FREE SHIPPING, you will notice that they have a strike through the original Price and making the product a total of $5.00 less, which cancels out the $5.00 delivery fee.

5. For all printed items, we have a 2-3 day fulfillment process to allow the product to go through printing, quality control and final inspection before being shipped.

6. Once inspected and shipped, all printed products delivery times are 3-7 days with 10 days max.

7. Once the Carrier has received your order(s), Fox Top Shop puts you in the Tracking Updates.  This is an email that is sent to you from the carrier to track your orders every move.

8. As of now, we are ONLY SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES and THE EU.  If there are any changes, Please come back to this page for UPDATES.​
