All of our products are shipped from within the United States.

1. Printful Inc., 11025 Westlake Dr. Charlotte, North Carolina 28273 handles most of where we ship our orders from.

2. We use carriers, such as DHL, FedEx Ground and now Amazon Shipping.

3. All items have a $5.00 shipping fee.  Each additional item has a $2.99 fee up until 5 items.  Then each item from 6 thru 10 are shipped for free, saving you a possible total of $14.95 on your order.  For 11 items and up, you will have an additional $2.99 shipping fee per item again.  If you have 30 items, then items 6 - 10 and items 26 - 30 are shipped for free.  Saving you a total of $29.90 on shipping fees for your entire order.

4. Some of our products have FREE SHIPPING assigned to them to allow our customers to save more.  At checkout, you will see a $5.00 delivery for Shipping Fee.  But the Delivery is your Shipping Fee.  There are no extra costs for delivery.  It's a typo through Wix that we can not change.  So every dollar that is listed as Delivery, is actually Shipping Fee.

5. For all printed items, we have a 2-3 day (business days) fulfillment process to allow the product to go through printing, quality control and final inspection before being shipped.

6. Once inspected and shipped, all printed products delivery times are 3-7 business days with 10 business days max. (Depending on weather, holidays and natural disasters).

7. Once the Carrier has received your order(s), Fox Top Shop puts you in the Tracking Updates.  This is an email that is sent to you from the carrier to track your orders every move.
