How To Take Personal Care of Your Products

Printed Apparel
How do I care for Clothing Prints?

We use high-quality inks and DTG printing technology for vibrant, lasting prints.

To wash:

  • Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colors

  • Use mild detergent

  • Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary

  • Avoid fabric softeners

  • Don’t dry-clean

To dry:

  • Hang-dry or tumble-dry on low

To iron:

  • Use a cool iron inside-out

  • Never iron the print

Proper care prevents fading, cracking, and shrinking.

Mugs
Are my mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Microwave & dishwasher safe:

  • White Glossy Mugs

  • White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside (Hand-washing keeps them in top shape!)

Hand-wash only:

  • Black Glossy Mugs

  • Enamel Mugs (Don’t heat food or liquids inside)

Pillows & Cases
How do I wash pillows and pillowcases?

Pillowcases:

  • Machine-wash cold without bleach

  • Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry

  • Iron on low heat

Pillow inserts:

  • Don’t wash, bleach, tumble-dry, iron, or dry-clean

Shoes & Backpacks
How do I care for backpacks and shoes?

  • Spot-clean with a damp cloth

  • Hand-wash in cold water if needed

  • Don’t brush the items

Do not:

  • Machine-wash

  • Bleach

  • Tumble-dry

  • Iron

  • Dry-clean

How To Take Personal Care of Your Other Products

CAPS
How do I clean my hats and caps?

The best way to clean your caps is by hand-washing them. Machine-washing can ruin the shape and damage the embroidery.

To wash:

  • Use a mild detergent (no bleach) in lukewarm water

  • Gently spot-clean with a damp cloth if needed

  • Avoid using brushes

If you're unsure, you can also check the manufacturer's label or search online for hat cleaning tips.

Printed Phone Cases
How do I clean my phone case?

  • Remove the case from the phone

  • Use mild soap and water with a cloth or sponge

  • Air-dry at room temperature

  • Avoid alcohol-based cleaners - they damage the print

Yoga Mats
How do I clean and freshen my yoga mat?

To freshen up:

  • Spray with water + a few drops of essential oil

  • Dry with a towel

To deep-clean:

  • Use a towel soaked in mild soap and water

  • Rinse and air-dry

How do I care for apparel, hats, fabric, and Swimwear?

  • Machine-wash cold with like colors

  • Don’t bleach or dry-clean

  • Iron with low heat
